Louisville Metro Police
Air Patrol Unit
TBA

Both of these field trips have been
postponed due to the helicopters being
out of town.  Please contact Bev at the
below address for an update.  Thank you.

What does the Air Unit do?
They provide aerial surveillance, search and
apprehension duties and rescue services.

What are we going to get to do?
The pilot will be there to describe all the special features
of their police helicopter.  We'll also be able to climb in
and sit in the helicopter!

So!  Don't forget your cameras!

This field trip will take approx. one hour.
Please be prepared though for a longer stay, due to the kids sitting in it.

Address is:
Air Unit
7203 Outer Loop
Louisville, KY  40228
(it's in the rear at the heliport)

Donations of $3.00 per family is requested.
A gift will be given to the Air Unit on
behalf of the families who attend.

I will send you confirmation and where
to send the money to after you rsvp.

Limited Space Available!
Send rsvp to bevsfieldtrips@yahoo.com
I need to know:
1.  Total number attending
2.  Ages of kids
3.  Time slot preference
Optional:  phone number

Please be aware that this field trip is subject to
change due to the fact that the units may be out
on special patrol during the scheduled times.  The Lt.
will try his best to inform me if something should arise.
In turn I will send out an email to everyone on the roster.
Please check your email before you leave the day of the field trip.

Please note the field trip starts at either 11 or 2.  Plan on being there
at least 20 minutes early to ensure your kids not missing a thing!
