This is a wonderful place to spend the day!
Nicholas and I took an Eco Tour.

If you're ever in the Tampa area, this is one of
the best ways to spend an afternoon.
Our main objective was to spot wild dolphins.  We learned
so much more than just dolphin trivia though.  Scroll down
for some of the neat things we saw and learned about.
Look at these huge tanks painted beautifully.

This is a scrap metal recycling plant.  Once the metals are ground to almost
nothing they're put on huge ships and taken to South America.  Then it's
turned into sheet metal for Dodge trucks and then shipped back to the US.
The Tampa Bay area
manufactures the

most mulch and
fertilizer
in the
United States.
This is the most northern mangrove in the United States.
 The bird population was amazing!
We saw dolphins swimming in nurseries for the longest time.  It
was so hard to get great pictures of them, they're so fast!
Look at the left dolphin, just right of the dorsal fin.  You'll see
where he's been hurt in the past from possibly a boat propeller.
