| On Wednesday, November 7, 2007 Extreme Makeover Home Edition knocked on the door of the Hughes Family in Louisville, KY. Nicholas and I were fortunate enough to be able to go down most days to observe. It would have been a blessing to volunteer but Nicholas would not have been able to be by my side. You must be 18 years old to serve. However, we were able to lend cheers and support throughout the day to the thousands of volunteers who worked endlessly on the Hughes' new home.
