This gives my son "paper" accountability. Often times when
things are in writing, it sticks better. We do it daily after the
school day is done.
The reason for the signatures at the bottom is a show of proof
of excepting responsibility as well my commitment as to
helping him work on things or better yet, show approval!
I hold onto these, adding them to his completed weekly
lesson plan.
